It has been a while since I have last posted. I have been busy lately, cleaning out the greenhouse, closing sections of this years’ garden and planting garlic. I have had more people sign up for 2012’s summer CSA (18 weeks of fresh veggies). I am about 15% full for next year, so don’t delay to sign up today! Below are some pictures of the newly planted garlic patch. These photos were taken today.
It doesn’t look like much now, but under this shimmering blanket of wheat straw are rows of garlic, comfortably nestled in the soil.
The Blue Mountains are a great place to live and grow. Kolapore Gardens has been providing nutrient-dense vegetables for residents of the Blue Mountains and Beaver Valley area since 2011.
