I am pleased to announce that the CSA for the summer of 2012 is more than half-full. Our pick-up locations have been confirmed and I am very close to starting the first seeds! There are still a few spots left.

Terroir is a word, originating in French, that speaks to the unique characteristics a specific landbase imparts on the food grown in it. Commonly used when describing coffee, or grapes for wine, I think it would be fair to expand this to other crops, such as arugula, pie-pumpkins, carrots, tomatoes, fennel and more. I look forward to sharing the journey of our discovery of this beautiful land we call home.
