This subtropical fruit not only packs an amazingly powerful flavour, but the health benefits are great – loaded with vitamin C and amino acids, ground cherries make an excellent garnish to desserts or a great snack on their own. Simply peel the papery husk away & enjoy!

This weeks’ bounty includes:
Tomatoes (including a selection of heirloom varieties)
Carrots
Head lettuce
Kale
Fresh basil
Garlic
Either ground cherries or a selection of sweet peppers, eggplant & baby summer squash, depending on your pick up location.
