Spooky Spuds!

We have taken the liberty of starting a new tradition here at the farm – carving spooky potato people & mounting them on unusual carrots to make spooky vegetable art!

Legend has it that the veils between this world and the world of ghosts and spirits are at their thinnest this time of the year. So we thought we’d include some hardy vegetables for the “stick-to-your-ribs” kind of soups and stews to keep you warm and healthy. This week’s pick list includes:

Kale
Leeks
Potatoes
Carrots
Celeriac
Assorted Herbs

As usual there will be the option to swap for onions, garlic, turnips, radishes, cabbages and more.
