Winter CSA

Sold Out for 2018 Season

Running from early January to late February/early March, the Winter CSA offers a special selection of seasonal vegetables grown at the farm.  The CSA consists of 5 pick-ups over 10 weeks, with pick-ups available in Collingwood, Clarksburg or at the farm every other week.

Clarksburg Pick-ups are Tuesday’s from 4-5 downtown Clarksburg.

Collingwood pick-ups are Saturdays from 10-1 at the Collingwood Winter Farmers’ Market.

On-farm pick-ups are Fridays from 2-6.

Offerings typically include fresh leafy greens like spinach, kale, and collards from our greenhouses, root veggies such as carrots, beets, winter radishes, rutabaga, turnips, celeriac and potatoes (brought in from another certified organic grower just for our CSA members) stored in our earthen root cellar, and alliums such as garlic, shallots, a variety of onions, and leeks.

Small shares are $150 and full shares, which are twice the size of a small are $275.  Payment can be made by cash in person, by cheque, or e-mail money transfer.  A deposit of at least $100 holds ones’ spot in the program and spaces will be filled on a first come, first-served basis.
