I’ll be set up this Saturday from 10-5 on Hurontario Street (in the alley beside the CIBC bank). This will be a great opportunity to stock up on some fresh, local, hand-produced vegetables. You may be looking for the perfect parsnips for your parsnip & pear soup, or perhaps some storage onions to keep in a dry, cool place throughout the winter – or maybe you just need that finishing touch for the centre of your soon-to-be-made snowpersons’ head – a big orange carrot – you can find all of those, plus quite a bit more at the Collingwood Holiday Market, tomorrow, on Hurontario St.
